HOW TO MAKE A PARTS CLAIM

STEP 1: FIRST REPORT AND NECESSARY INFORMATION

​

If you notice any mechanical problems upon arrival of your vehicle, please contact us directly at CARXPRT: 90warranty@carxprt.co.uk

​

You have 90 days after your vehicle has been delivered to report any mechanical issues in relation to the vehicle/vehicle parts to CARXPRT

​

When filling a Major Parts claim, we will require you to provide the following Information:

​

1. Videos (*mandatory) – Illustrating the issue or symptoms as we need to be able to confirm all the symptoms and problems with the vehicle. Any additional evidence like Photos highlighting the issue or missing parts – If videos are too large to send via email, please use a service like WeTransfer to send your evidence

* PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY PARTS OUT OF THE VEHICLE BEFORE REPORTING TO US AS THIS COULD VOID YOUR WARRANTY *

2. Parts & Repair Estimate – By a Professional Garage and/or Auto Workshop written on letterheaded paper. *Please Note that hear-say will not be satisfactory for example "My mechanic said to me it will cost $XX to repair this."

3. Completed Parts & Mechanical Issue Report – Download the Report below and send it back to CARXPRT: 90warranty@carxprt.co.uk with the information mentioned above

4. Port's Report – This can be requested from the Port Authority

* PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY PARTS OUT OF THE VEHICLE BEFORE REPORTING TO US AS THIS COULD VOID YOUR WARRANTY *

 

STEP 2: CARXPRT WARRANTY ASSESSMENT

Once we have received all the above, the issues of your vehicle will be escalated for internal assessment. We will inform you of the assessment result directly by email. Please note that additional information may be required depending on the nature of the problem.

STEP 3: COMMENCEMENT OF REPAIR

If your parts & repair estimate is approved, we will ask you to proceed with the repair and send us all the necessary materials so that we can confirm the repair completion. In some cases, we may ship the replacement part to you ourselves and/or refer you to one of our preferred mechanics for repair.

* PLEASE NOTE THAT CARXPRT WILL NOT REIMBURSE COSTS PRIOR TO REPAIR COMPLETION *

STEP 4: CONFIRMATION OF REPAIR COMPLETION AND PAYMENT GUIDANCE

We will require you to provide us with evidence in the form of video or photos so we can check the content of the repair done to the vehicle. Once we can confirm that the approved repairs have been completed, we will guide you through the procedure of how to receive your compensation.

* The methods and evaluation of the repair for the vehicle's damages or malfunctions as well as the warranty coverage of missing parts for your vehicle shall be decided by Seller in its sole discretion so shall be the amount of the reimbursement to buyers *
